Brunch, Bike & Bath
I absolutely love Sundays around home in Ho Chi Minh City. It is so relaxing. No cleaning or chores need to be done and we have the entire house to ourselves. This Sunday was no exception. After Kevin's 4 am start on Saturday morning to go golfing, he enjoyed a bit of a sleep-in and then our friends, Gavin and Maria, along with their son, Elliot, came over for brunch. The boys played (aka stared at each other on the play mat) while we ate and then enjoyed catching up and visiting into the afternoon when it was beer o'clock and naptime for the babies. After our lovely guests left for home on their bikes, we decided to take our bikes out and go for a ride around our neighborhood. Sundays are perfect for biking since the 5 km loop around our neighborhood has much less traffic on it and when we left at 4 pm, the temperature was rather pleasant (still hot, but much more bearable). After the ride, it was dinner time and then time for Caleb's bath which was a must after the bike ride. He was looking rather dusty! So, it really was not the most exciting day but it was perfect... spending time with wonderful friends and family. Life is good.

Our afternoon bike ride... Caleb's helmet is still too big.

He was much happier in his shades only.

Bathtime with Dad

Almost time for the big tub!

OMG he is growing so fast!!! Our kids have always loved bike time and now that they are both riding they want to go everywhere on their bikes :)
Hopefully we will get to meet the little man when you are here.
Cheers,
Ursula
