The Rockz
While on a break from baby gear shopping yesterday, we picked up an early Christmas gift to ourselves, a WII and Guitar Hero. The guy at the shop talked us into getting everything... do you want a remote charger? Sure. What about an extra guitar? Why not. So, here we are with a baby coming and no stroller or crib sheets but a new gaming system! The Rockz (our band) spent the afternoon playing gigs at various venues from the comfort of our living room. Kevin was on fire. Luckily, I will have some time to practice over the next couple of weeks (I do not want to get thrown out of the band).

The baby seemed to react well to Guitar Hero except for the occasional kick when I missed a note.
On the bass and ready to rock...

Good for you - I know how much you enjoy it. Just think the baby may come out knowing some songs!
Those are banger kicks Lori. Baby is Rockin'!! Don't be surprised if he comes out in acidwash and white hightops.
Too funny!!! I still remember you rocking out at your farewell party in late March... your little man is going to love heavy-metal while all his friends are listening to lullabies:)
Have fun!!!

Nicely done. Maggie is a guitar hero too. Well, maybe more of a guitar acolyte. Or perhaps a guitar groupie. Anyway, we will challenge you and your giant-fingered-husband to a jam session someday!
Hey Guys, good to see you're having fun over in the 'Pore!! Hopefully we can dial up a WII and a guitar hero here in Cairo? Oh wait, I think we'll have to settle for a Bedouin drum and some calls to prayer? Pity!!! :)
Lori you're looking great with the babe Cleatus (Kevin!!!) and on the home stretch now. Hopefully Kevin can come out again this weekend to hang out with you guys and continue the shopping marathon.
Talk to you soon on Skype!

Hi guys! Love to read your blog and keep up with what you are doing. Have tried to skype a couple of times but you've been off line. Cold here today so I'm wishing I was where it is someone warm!
Love Shirley
If baby is going to come out loving rock music, download Rockabye baby, it's lullabye music to rock songs. We've already bought Metallica of course!
