True Yoga

I got the greatest news of the summer (after Anna, of course) last week. My first (and best) yoga instructor has opened up a new studio very close to my house, True Yoga.
Anna and I went to the baby yoga class yesterday and had a blast. Mom got some yoga in and we learned some fun stretches and games to do at home. I look forward to deepening my ashtanga practice with Janet and Melissa. I would encourage anyone in Edmonton to check it out.

3 years of lovin'

We celebrated our third wedding anniversary this week. On Tuesday we walked around the Fringe, where Jeff got me this leather-themed bracelet (I got him a new wallet), and on Wednesday Auntie Kristi babysat and we went for dinner at The Copper Pot. Yummy dinner with a nice view of the highlevel bridge. Here's to another great year! I love you, Jeff :)

Enjoying the weather

We enjoyed the warm weather on Kristi's deck last weekend. Armande BBQed up a turkey, which was delicious. Hopefully we are done with the above 30 degree weather, it didn't agree with me. Now we get to enjoy the fall, my favorite time of the year...

Anna's got talent

Anushka has been keeping me entertained watching her learn to bat at toys. She is slowly revealing her personality to me, which keeps me smiling. Enjoy the video and all of the pictures I have added.

Yoga-rrific

I finally got to go to Saturday morning yoga, which was something I had been missing. Anna slept well last night, so she got to hang out with her daddy. Life is getting back to normal...
