Happy Father's Day

We got out for a nice walk in the River Valley to celebrate P-Man, and just in time, it began to pour soon after we started brunch. Thanks for being a great dad and now grandfather. Jeff got a few presents for his first father's day, and right now he is getting the best present a new dad can get - a nap! (No pictures of that, I don't want to wake him)

Lobster-tastic!

Lobster cooked in salt water from the East Coast was enjoyed this weekend. I didn't think I was a lobster fan (especially after eating one that was bad and not knowing), but last night I tried it again and have confirmed that I do indeed enjoy lobster.

Just wanted to say Happy Birthday to Maureen - I won't post any pictures from the shindig on Friday, but a good time was had by all.

Dance Inner City

Anushka had her first outing on Saturday. We went to a dance performance in Louise McKinney Riverfront Park that a friend of ours was in. The weather was sunny, raining and back again, but generally it was a nice afternoon. There were African drummers and dancers as well as a group of Salsa dancers. The park is really nice, and it made for a unique stage for the dancers.

Anushka will be one week old tomorrow, and it has been a busy week. We have had lots of visitors. Thanks for all of the well wishes.
