Another option with the wrap is to put her in a fleecy outfit underneath a big men's winter coat (if you have one). That way you both stay warm by sharing body heat, and you minimize the bulk of buntings, etc. Of course, that only works if you've already got a coat that will fit you both, and it's one of those things that might not be worth buying for the short babywearing phase.
I'm always amazed at how quickly babies change - Anna looks so different now than when you came to visit! :)
