Kuala Lumpur - Well in my usual manner my blog will be out of order. I haven't written anything about the Yukon and already I am in Malaysia. Our marathon flight took us (my sister in law Lori and I) from Calgary to LA (3 hours), LA to Taipei (14 hours), Taipei to Kuala Lumpur (4 hours). We had a brief stop in LA for a visit with some friends and some awesome sushi. The flight consisted of eating and sleeping for the first half and then obsessive Tetris Attack broken up by food and the occasional bathroom break. We survived and then got horribly lost in the humid stink that is KL. Ah, home. So we decided to be madwomen and get on an overnight bus to Hat Yai in Thailand. Hello beach (eventually), good bye city. My next update will have me relaxed and tanned..haha for the rest of you that are getting winter weather in Edmonton!
